4. Registration & Account Information

You agree that:

• You will keep contact information updated
• You are responsible for activity under your registration

False or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Fees & Payments

All purchases including:

• Booths
• Sponsorships
• Leads
• Marketing packages
• Event tickets or upgrades

must be paid in full prior to service delivery.

We may accept payments via:

• Zelle
• Online processors
• Other approved methods

Failure to pay may result in cancellation or denial of access.

6. No Refund Policy

This applies to: Booths, Sponsorships, Leads, Advertising, and Event registrations.

Chargebacks may result in legal action and collection of associated fees.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

We may:

• Change dates or locations
• Modify schedules
• Replace speakers
• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for travel, lodging, or incidental costs.

8. Exhibitor & Sponsor Conduct

Exhibitors and sponsors agree to:

• Conduct business professionally
• Comply with venue rules
• Respect attendees and staff
• Avoid deceptive or illegal practices

We may remove any participant without refund for inappropriate behavior.

9. Booth Assignments

• Booth locations are assigned by the Company
• Placement is based on sponsorship or booth tier
• Specific locations are not guaranteed

10. Electricity & Equipment

Unless otherwise stated:

• Exhibitors are responsible for electricity and equipment
• Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage

11. Lead Purchases

By purchasing leads, you acknowledge:

• Leads are marketing opportunities, not guaranteed sales
• Results vary
• Follow-up and conversion are your responsibility

We make no guarantees of income, closings, or ROI unless specifically outlined in a separate written agreement.

12. Lead Usage Restrictions

You agree:

• Leads are for your business use only
• No reselling or redistribution
• Compliance with all marketing and telemarketing laws

Misuse may result in termination of service and legal action.

13. Ownership

All content including: Logos, Branding, Designs, Marketing materials, Websites, Videos, and Documents are property of the Company and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

14. Consent to Contact

By registering or providing contact information, you consent to receive:

• Emails
• Phone calls
• SMS/text messages
• Automated communications

You may opt out at any time. Standard messaging rates may apply.

15. No Warranties

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding: Attendance, Sales, Lead performance, Business results, Funding approvals, or Grant outcomes.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Event disruptions
• Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your conduct
• Your marketing practices
• Your use of leads
• Violations of laws
• Customer disputes

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control including: Weather, Government restrictions, Emergencies, Venue closures, and Technical failures.

19. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our data practices.

20. Promotional Programs

Grants, incentives, or giveaways:

• Are promotional only
• Not guaranteed
• Subject to eligibility rules
• May be modified or discontinued

We reserve final decision authority.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Georgia courts.

22. Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, parties agree to attempt:

The Business Grant Giveaway is a promotional initiative hosted by ATL Entrepreneurs HubSpot and is open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older. Grants are intended for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Grant amounts, number of awards, and distribution methods are subject to change at the sole discretion of ATL Entrepreneurs HubSpot.

Winners will be selected either randomly or based on announced criteria (as applicable). Selection methods will be disclosed prior to the giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving funds. Grant recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with awarded funds.

1. Eligibility

The Gas Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of First Time Home Buyers Expo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at the start of the event and ends at the time of the drawing, as announced at the event. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, attendees must be present at the First Time Home Buyers Expo event and follow the entry instructions provided at the event. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a gas gift card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize will be announced at the event. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted at the event. The winner must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of First Time Home Buyers Expo, which are final and binding. First Time Home Buyers Expo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

First Time Home Buyers Expo and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other factors that may impede the ability to enter.
